    Born in 1962, Selangor Dredging is a highly established developer that was one of the top 25 Property Malaysian Developers in 2012 who won the FIABCI Prix d'Excellence Award of 2013 with 20trees West one of their many quality developments. As with the success of the developer, property buyers are eagerly awaiting Windows On The Park; one of the few developments of this time and era that prioritises nature in the development. Set in Cheras there will be the expected peak hour traffic congestion before and after work to and fro Kuala Lumpur due to the high number of people staying in Cheras, although this is a matter of opinion as some residents insist that the traffic is bearable.Being the one development that actually puts nature first and not as an afterthought gives Windows On The Park an exclusivity that is absent in a lot of the current running projects. Add on the promised 3-tier security promised by the developers and this property is suddenly attracting a lot of interest from the public; plus the fact that the developer is one who churns out high quality properties which are in high demand does not hurt either. Cheras South is a good place to invest in property as the demand is still highly present, not to mention that any property being built by Selangor Dredging commands a strong interest in both investors and home buyers. Units were snapped up shortly after its launch, and only few units remain for interested buyers.
