The residents of Taman Seri Budiman are entirely Malays. This is due to the land title of the neighborhood is Malay Reserve Land. Most units are occupied by the owners. The neighborhood is very serene and colorful. You will definitely feel like living in the Malay village during yesteryears whereby everybody knows and be friends with everybody within the area.
