Many have praised D'Sereniti's good location and with a new a plot of land located just next to the enclave that has been earmarked for commercial units, it seems to appreciate in value. This development is expected to be completed in year 2012 which includes a wet market complex and a sports centre. However, there were also many bad reviews on the developer stating that they often provide empty promises and there were also bad workmanship and bad service from their sales person.
