The surrounding of The Villas @ Gemilang is a matured neighbourhood. Located behind Batu Caves, it is the link between Selayang and Gombak. There are plenty of amenities and conveniences readily available, including Klinik 1Malaysia nearby. There are plenty of schools for school-age children with adequate public transportation, hence, they can commute on their own if necessary.There is only one main entry / exit access to the Indah Gemilang neighbourhood, the Lebuh Utama Sri Gombak. The problem would arise during peak hours as it is also the access route for people living in Sri Gombak and Pinggiran Batu Caves. The congestion would start at the exit point of MRR2. If one is familiar with Pinggiran Batu Caves trunk road, it is beneficial to them. However, the roads can be confusing as there are hardly any proper road signs.
