Taman Putra Budiman is very much a highly populated location surrounded by other housing developments. As such, traffic during peak hours are a bit of a problem where traffic is highly congested on the Sungai Besi Highway, especially at the turn offs onto Jalan UPM after the Serdang UPM toll.Taman Putra Budiman sees a good mix of residents with their landed properties and low cost flats. Safety is quite good here with no reports in the news for any thefts or break ins. Residents do, however, face other issues such as low water pressures and dirty water due to bad pump problems, caused by a flood to the pump rooms due to bad drainage systems.Taman Putra Budiman does not hold much hope as an investment, seeing as it is a leasehold property. Besides that, the newer developments on the outskirts of the city also rival these homes and their secondary market price. It is however an excellent permanent home especially if the working adults work in the area, as it is well connected to all the necessities.
