There are mixed reviews regarding Bayu Parkville. Many thought that the built-up area is a bit too small and some commented that the upper unit is better because of the balcony and the sliding door which are not available on the lower floors, and besides that, the upper floors have better lighting and ventilation than the lower floors. However, the lower floors are more convenient for those who have elderly ones at home as they do not need to climb up flights of stairs to get home. Some also think that Bayu Parkville is more suitable for those with small family as it is not a very big house. Apart from that, many are not really pleased with the fully furnished concept as it is unnecessary.
