The terrace design in Taman Ukay Bistari looks decent and newer compared to nearby 2-storey terraces enclaves such as Desa Melawati and Taman Pinggiran Ukay. The terrace house is favored due to its close proximity to the city centre as well as its lush greenery surrounding.
