So far, the developer of Taman Andaman Ukay has only completed three developments including Taman Andaman Ukay, via its two property arms; TRC Development and TRC Land. The group previous developments are a mixed residential and commercial shop houses on a 12.5-ha land in Kuala Pilah, Negeri Sembilan in 1995. The developer has also completed an integrated township in Permas Jaya, Johor Bahru which is a joint venture project with Tebrau Bay Sdn Bhd in 1999. Adding to that, the group is planning to develop residential properties on a 8.6-acre land in Ulu Kelang (Ukay) with gross development value of around RM50 million.This hilly residential area is always associated with landslide. There are several deadly landslides happened before, such as Bukit Antarabangsa tragedy in December 2008, Taman Hillview bungalow collapsed in 2002 and Highland Towers collapsed in 1993. Despite of these tragedies, there are still a number of housing projects proposed to be sited on the hill. This landslide issue has also affected prices of properties in the area, as these residences doesn't seem to appreciate much. Unlike properties in other residential areas like Melawati and Wangsa Maju, which see steady price appreciation over the years. Pricing wise, Taman Andaman Ukay is tagged at RM480,000 after its completion in 2005. Nowadays, a unit is going for RM1,000,000 onwards.
