Sri Raya Apartment is located in what some consider a prime location as it sits in the one of the highly sought after residential areas in Ukay and is well connected by numerous highways. However the drawback of living here is that due to the high density of residents, traffic is almost always bad on the main trunk roads, especially during peak hours.The neighbourhood is also a good mix of low cost, middle low cost and middle range homes. Sri Raya Apartment is however situated more towards the inside area, surrounded mostly by similar low cost walk up apartments. Residents here are however quite friendly; although they are of a Malay majority and animals such as dogs are not well received. Sri Raya Apartment is considered by some to be an excellent investment due to its excellent location. The fact however remains that it is a medium low cost leasehold apartment which the price will gradually stop increasing as it gets closer to the lease expiry date. Unless investors are interested in long term rentals, Sri Raya Apartment is a no go. It is, however, excellent as a first home for those who are looking for a home close to the city centre.
