Sri Puteri Apartment is undoubtedly located in a prime location close to the elite area of Ampang. However, with easy accessibility also comes severe traffic congestion, especially during peak hours. Residents who stay here will need to face heavy traffic everyday, even with the numerous highways leading in and out of the area.The area is however reasonably safe as security is tight, and the crime rate reported is low. Developments in the area is quite heavy, and there was a landslide in July 2013 that claimed the lives of three people.Those who need a home close to the city centre may find this place far more affordable than the other available developments in the city.
