Sri Melor Apartment is undoubtedly well located close to the city centre of Kuala Lumpur. Residents will however need to contend with extremely bad traffic congestion on a daily basis, as Ukay and Ampang are high density areas. Traffic is especially bad during peak hours, but with slight ease during the weekends and during public holidays.The neighbourhood of Sri Melor Apartment is an interesting mix as there are both medium low cost apartments as well as higher end condominiums surrounding the area such as Spring Ville and the housing neighbourhoods Ukay Perdana 3 and Ukay Perdana 4. The majority of residents are of the Malay nationality, therefore, it has been mentioned that dogs are not well received in this neighbourhood.Sri Melor Apartment appears to be a good investment to some, as units here are easily rented out due to its excellent connectivity with its many public transportations within walking distance. It is also equally excellent for those who are looking for a first home close to the city centre on a tight budget.
