Even though Petronas Twin Towers is just merely 11 km away, reaching it is hectic, even via AKLEH. Traffic congestion along Jalan Ampang is very bad at most times due to road bottle necking, heavy traffic and traffic lights along the road. The terrace houses are indeed quite hefty for a terrace in Ampang, which is due to its freshness factor. However, you may also opt for some similar but older houses in established areas in Ampang such as Ampang Jaya and Bukit Indah. Taman Merdeka is also a better option with better façade and located just next to Bandar Baru Ampang commercial hub.
