The residential enclave offers serenity and tranquility to its residents. The balcony commands great views of the green Bukit Putih forest reserve. Taman Dagang Permai is surrounded by several low-cost housing area. In fact, the houses on the west are sited right next to three low-cost flats. In addition, there are plenty of low-cost terrace houses can be found within close proximity. The sub-sale price tag of the houses is indeed very high for a terrace house located at the far end of Jalan Ampang and surrounded by low-cost housing area. For similar budget, you can opt for better located houses in Ampang Jaya and Bukit Indah which are closer to the KL City Centre. However, Taman Dagang Permai is one of just a few new residential areas in Ampang which explains the high asking price.
