Traffic jam is a forever unresolved issue for residents who commute to the city centre for work. Even though the highways to the city centre are mere minutes away, one has to pass notorious traffic congestion along Jalan Ampang or Jalan Pandan Indah. It will be approximately 30 minutes drive to the city centre at least. The houses here in Taman Dagang Jaya are very old and run down. Most units have been renovated or refurbished at least. You must take a good look on the condition of the house before entering any agreement with the owner. Remember, the house is already over 2 decades old.
