    This terrace houses neighborhood is very old and most of the houses here are run down due to normal wear and tear. More than half of the homes have done at least a minor renovation on the house and some have extended their house in front and at the back. Hence, if you are opting to buy a house, make sure you check the condition of the house in detail and stand-by extra cash for refurbishment or renovation works. At about RM400,000 price tag, this terrace house is affordable and highly demanded.
