Permai Puteri is a nice apartment located in the vicinity of Ampang. This residence was developed several years ago and as of 2014, the subsale price for the units begin from RM280,000 onwards. The demand for this residence is also high as it is located near to the LRT station, hospitals, malls, as well as several foreign embassies. Besides that, the units in Permai Puteri also comes with a good rental value as a fully furnished apartment can be rented out for more than RM1,200 onwards and an unfurnished apartment should be priced slightly lower. Overall this is a nice place to stay as the units here are mostly occupied by expats, yet the traffic congestion should also be considered as it is worst during peak time, especially after office hours.
