  • Analysis

Nuri Court is considered a reasonably priced property as it is placed in a good location. The reason for its low price could be due to the fact that it has not received a new coat of paint in years deeming it aesthetically unpleasant, and also the fact that it is a walk up apartment which makes it unsuitable for some families. Traffic congestion is a norm in this area, but most of the residents who stay in Nuri Court take the public transportation as the LRT is within walking distance from their homes. It is the opinion of current residents who are staying here that they have everything they need here and that they do not wish to move out. There have not been any reported break ins and residents do not find a problem walking to and fro the train station everyday; this gives the impression that this is a safe area.Despite its outward appearance, Nuri Court holds appeal for investment purposes due to its proximity to the train station which offsets its looks. The apartment also holds appeal as a permanent residence for those who are familiar to the area as portrayed by a resident who converted from being a renter to an owner of a unit in Nuri Court when the owner of the unit decided to sell it.
