Nadayu Melawati is one of the many high end projects cropping up in the area. It neighbors other developments such as 20trees, Amberhill and RiverView. While this offer options to buyers to pick and choose a favorite, it will hurt the developer as the others offer more competitive prices. Although Nadayu still has the upper hand in terms of the location size and its lake.The rise in the number of new projects in the area could be due to the recent opening of several highways that leads to Ampang.
