    The building of Legasi 1 could use a good scrub and a new coat of paint. First impression matters and the building is not flattering itself with its rundown appearance. It is a disappointment because other than that issue, there is no mention of complaints heard. Unlike new buildings that are sprawled with pipe leaks and wall cracks, the residents have yet to complain on that issue.The location of Legasi 1 is great too, Taman Melawati Business Center is only five minutes away. It has almost all the famous banks, fast-food restaurants and car workshops. It also has Pos Malaysia, printing shops, hawker stalls, Sunday morning market and clinics. Giant Hypermarket is three exits away. There are three shopping malls within the vicinity; KL Festival City, Wangsa Walk and Alpha Angle. Good schools are within walking distance too. There are International School of Kuala Lumpur, Islamic Smart School and good government schools nearby.There is a bus stop a five-minute walk away. The bus would take you to the nearest LRT station.
