20trees is a luxury mixed residential property development in Taman Melawati. It is suited better for those who are owner-occupiers rather than as a rental property investment, as there is no public transport nearby. Although the area may seem "far off", it is about 30 minutes drive away from KL itself. However, this could be considered a plus as it is far from the hustle and bustle of KL city life so you can indulge in the beauty of nature. There are many facilities and attractions nearby 20trees, such as schools, Damai Services Hospital, Zoo Negara, UTAR (Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman), Giant, and more so technically you are not totally away from civilisation. Some potential investors may be concerned about landslides that have previously happened over the past 20 years nearby. Most of these landslides have actually happened miles away from here, except for 1 which was 1 mile away from the 20trees vicinity. Although the landslides are rare, it may cause some concern for those who would just prefer not to have to live with that kind of stress. Despite this, there are many 'better' developers such as Sunway who are venturing into this particular area, which goes to show that this area is a viable place to live in.
