Many have chosen to stay at Taman Bukit Utama mainly because it is sited on the hill top and of course, the breathtaking view of the Kuala Lumpur skyline and the breezy and cooling air that one can enjoy. Although its neighbour Taman Bukit Mewah had a landslide incident back in 2008, Taman Bukit Utama area was not affected by that incident. However, just after that incident many owners in Taman Bukit Utama and other residential areas nearby decided to forgo their homes and sell off their properties in Bukit Antarabangsa. The property values at Bukit Antarabangsa have suffered tremendously right after several major landslides there.Putting that incident behind, the area of Bukit Antarabangsa is definitely still growing with several latest developments. MPAJ as well as the developers of Bukit Antarabangsa are doing their best to ensure that all areas are safe from any future landslide. Thus, one could hope that the property value will gradually increase again in near future.
