Analysis
Kyoto Garden is a nice place to call home, as the place is really quite and breezy. The greenery surrounding the place is very eye-soothing and the air here is always fresh. There are only few places within Klang Valley that offer similar living experiences such as Bukit Antarabangsa, Seputeh, Kemensah, Wangsa Maju and Kenny Hills. Despite of having a very fancy Japanese name, Kyoto Garden is not well-maintained as Japanese always do. Its paint looks very terrible and faded from the outside. Most of the facilities are just so-so and some of them cannot be used. One of the main issues in the area is landslide. Well, there have been several landslides happened in the area. The closest one to Kyoto Garden was in 2008 where it happened in Taman Bukit Mewah, merely 400 meters away from it. Comparing it to its next-door neighbor Oakleaf Park, Kyoto Gardens seems more private and quite even though it is older and looks like over two decades of age. In the other hand, Oakleaf Park is a high density medium-end condominium. In terms of facilities, there are plenty more facilities offered by Oakleaf Park, as it offers swimming pool, tennis court, gymnasium and kindergarten to name a few.
