The amount of soil that fell was estimated at a whopping 80,000 lorry load of soil. 14 bungalows came crashing down and the landslide almost went into the compound of Impian Selatan.Impian Selatan Condominium has been identified to be in a critical point as it may collapse anytime due to the fact that this area is prone to landslide because of heavy hill developments. Several residents blamed the land-slide on structural problem as there are cracks and hollow gaps in the ground floor parking bays.Though, it has been reported that the government will not be issuing anymore permits for hillside developments. Apart from that, a total of RM70 million will be spent on stabilizing the land-slide hit area of Bukit Antarabangsa.
