In the year 2004, strata titles were available for collection by the residents of Bella Vista, certain residents opted to not accept the strata titles for they do not want to pay the maintenance fees. In a newspaper clipping, it was reported that a third of the 156 unit owners refused to accept the titles for their units. The maintenance fee of RM120 to RM140 per month was not paid by some of them and this made the creation of a management corporation difficult simply because there is a lack of commitment by all the owners. However as of 2013, the facilities within Bella Vista look well maintained. There is currently an active MC within Bella Vista now.Bella Vista is a rather secluded and quiet area, but not really far away from KL or other amenities. The place is then ideal for those who prefer to live in a quieter place, not too far away from work. Bella Vista is adequately maintained, though there has been hiccups in the past with regard to management. Current prices are roughly RM270 psf, whereas receivable rent is around the region of RM1.00 to RM1.50 psf. The areas surrounding Bella Vista is rather developed, therefore capital appreciation potential is favorable.
