Currently, the residents of The Peak Suites are complaining over the noise pollution coming from the construction work of the Hakka Association Building. According to a resident here, the noise is unbearable and it is worse as the construction workers work 7 days a week which include public holidays and weekends. There is not much views offered from The Peak Suites. The sea view is blocked by The Peak Condo and The Peak Vista. However, The Peak Suites enjoy great view of the surrounding greenery. Besides that, The Peak Suites is lacking of facilities. Compared to The Peak Vista, the latter is provided with aplenty of facilities including gymnasium, squash court, tennis court, children's playground et cetera. This is because The Peak Suites is targeted for single professionals and businessmen while The Peak Vista is more for family. The surrounding of The Peak Suites is very calm and serene. One will feel the exclusivity being a resident of the Signal Hill. The air here is fresh and cool and the surrounding view is very eye-soothing. According to the developer, Signal Hill is envisioned to become similar to ‘The Peak’ residential area on the hilly side in Hong Kong. Signal Hill is targeted to become the most exclusive residential area in Kota Kinabalu. All the residences are already completed, except The Peak Soho which was just launched.
