The residents are well connected to the aforementioned amenities via Jalan Tanjung Tokong, the main road outside their house which connects to Gurney Drive, Jalan Bagan Jermal and Jalan Kelawei. Commuters will be very pleased to know that buses and taxis are easy to get at the main road. The Penang Bridge is a mere 10-minute drive away from the apartment, granting residents easy access to the mainland.

The location of Taman Batu Bukit is both boon and bane for residents. They are close to the city, but at the same time because of the daily traffic congestion outside their homes, they will face issues getting to and from the city, as well as the mainland. The neighbourhood is a mix of development as developers begin to recognise the potential of Tanjung Tokong as a sea fronting area that is close to the city. In that sense, the residents have a mixed neighbourhood of lower to higher class income groups due to the higher end homes that are being built in this area.As a permanent home Taman Batu Bukit has plenty of potential especially for first time home buyers, as the cost is reasonable. However, this apartment does not show potential as an investment as this apartment does not have any apparent redeeming quality that will cause its value to increase.
