There was an illegal permanent building construction right next to Cara Vista on the public beach. According to a resident, it was started by a dump of building materials on the road and the workers hand-carry the materials to the beach. Even though the building had been removed, it had damaged the pedestrian walkway as well as Casa Vista fence. The units at Cara Vista command unobstructed view of the sea even though the apartment is only 5-storey high. Besides the sea, the surrounding area is full of greenery with tall and large trees which is a very eye-soothing view from the windows and balcony.Even though Cara Vista is properly maintained, the façade of the apartment makes it looks boring and cheap. There is no distinctive architecture style applied on the design of the apartment. It is a bulky and squarish block, with tones of windows.
