Lucky Garden is located amidst more than 7 other low-middle range apartments. In terms of rent of the units within the area, the on-going rate is less than RM1 psf as of 2013. In terms of sub-sale price, units within the area are hovering around the asking price of RM360 psf. Traffic within the area is relatively heavy especially in the mornings where the wet market opens and housewives flock there to buy groceries. Coupled by the fact that there are 3 government schools located just down the street, morning traffic is said to be very heavy. For the rest of the day, traffic is moderate.The location is said to be suitable for those working in the town centre of Bayan Lepas as rent is low and its distance from Bayan Lepas is moderately low.
