The developers, Zantalite Enterprise was fined RM10,000 in the year 2007 with relation to their Taman Perdana project, under Section 7(f) of the Housing Development Act. This Zan Pavillon is surrounded by numerous low-cost housing developments and the area is populated by immigrants. It is also seeing a low occupancy rate, and it is rumored that the entire development is over-speculated.Being on the inland side, the surrounding area of Zan Pavillon is rather quiet. Added with the spacious built-up feature, the development is suitable for families. Apart from the above, there are also plans to increase the maintenance fee to RM0.20 psf as of December 2013.
