The developers are charging just below RM400 psf for a triple-storey terrace house, which is considered reasonable. The location of the property is not really ideal as it is located in a newly developed area, where development is expected to continue for some time. Construction would then be very active within the area causing a certain amount of air pollution. Certain potential purchasers surveying Taman Sungai Ara have stated that the fact that the entrance is under a toilet is bad for Feng Shui.
