The development does hold good value as it is landed despite being located at a less than desirable location. It is located away from the city thus providing a certain amount of privacy. However, being not gated and guarded does raise concerns for one's safety. Asking prices have risen from RM888,000 to almost RM1.4 million. It is located very near the Penang Airport and is seeing a considerable amount of development within the vicinity such as One Residence.
