The nearby Sungai Ara village has people selling fresh produce daily. One Residence can be accessed via Jalan Dato Ismail Hashim, Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah and Jalan Tun Dr Awang. It is located closer to Penang Second Bridge that is set operation by February 2014, than the original Penang Bridge. For those taking public transportation, Sungai Ara is served by Rapid Penang Bus No. 302, 305 and 308.

    Analysis

    Based on some research, some of the main concern of One Residence is the traffic jam. The roads of concern are the junction at Jalan Bayan, as well as the junction at Jalan Relau, where the jams can extend for a distance of over 0.5km. Other major drawbacks of One Residence are one of the roads nearby, Jalan Mahkamah, has a night market every Saturday night, and hence it is closed for the public. Therefore, despite the strategic location, one must consider the time taken to travel to places before purchasing this property.
