Palm Court is undoubtedly a well located apartment, along the main road Jalan Tanjung Tokong. Issues however arise during peak periods, as Jalan Tanjung Tokong is one of the most heavily traversed roads in Penang. Residents may expect traffic congestion during peak hours, especially at the junction exiting and entering the area.To add to the issues of heavy traffic is the pollution and dust that residents can come to expect from living by the main road. Those from the higher levels won't be as badly affected, but tenants of the lower levels may have to never open their windows otherwise they will need to face having their furniture coated with a thick layer of dust everyday. Palm Court does not hold much appeal as an investment due to its leasehold title, which causes the prices of units here to decrease the closer it is to the lease expiry date. On top of that, prices of low cost homes do not appreciate very much. It is however an excellent home for those who are on a budget and need a home close to the city.
