    Prai Tropika is a good for investment as well as own stay. There are many factors that will contribute to the success of this project such as its strategic location – whereby you can find almost all needed amenities to raise a family here. Not only that, the fact that it is near to the Penang Bridge and the Ferry Terminal is very convenient for most of Penangites who work in the island but couldn’t afford to own a house in it. Not just the location, the price is about right and very appealing. Perhaps that is the reason why it is currently being traded at about 20% higher than the launch price. Seeing the potential that lies in Prai Tropika, it would definitely worth every dime.
