Airmas Development was founded in the year 1986 and has since then completed an impressive amount of projects ranging from commercial to residential to multi-storey apartments. It is a privately owned company which has a considerable track record. The developers of Telaga Emas are part of the JMB along with the committee members, as the master title has yet to be converted to strata titles yet. The fee for the conversion would not be borne by the developer in the future, therefore probably absorbed by the residents in the future. There were instances where cables were stolen from the premises, and irresponsible residents bringing pets into the premises consequently disturbing other tenants. The JMB has effectively dealt with the problems in an orderly fashion.
