    One of the main points that has attracted many potential buyers to invest in Centro Park is the fact that it has 7 bedrooms and huge built-up area. However, some commented that the design for the units in Centro Park is not too attractive and that its terrace units looks somewhat like a school from the outlook of the designs. Furthermore, there were also comments that the materials used to build the roofs are not fire proof, and if a fire were to happen to one unit it could easily spread to other units and that is also one of the main concerns preventing some potential buyers to invest in Centro Park.
