Crescentia Park received numerous bad reviews once it was completed as the owners have to wait for too long for the developer to hand over the units. They were promised that their houses shall be completed in year 2008, however, the construction has stopped in year 2008 due to issues with the Penang Development Corporation (PDC). Owners were promised to be paid a penalty amount as they are late in completing the properties, however, some owners were very upset as some units are still under construction and were told to wait till year 2013 for their units to be completed. Some owners are contemplating in raising their concerns to the House Buyer Association (HBA) with regards to this issue.
