Most of the low-cost apartments are occupied by foreigners from Indonesia, Vietnam, Myanmar and Bangladesh. Besides privacy, security can be an issue as this residential is not a gated and guarded community. And the Rejuvenation Garden will definitely be spoilt if outsiders are allowed to use the facilities within the garden. However, the residents have taken the initiative to turn this enclave into a guarded community with security patron every hour.
