The value of the units in Indahria has appreciated consistently over the years. The estimated price a few years back was roughly around RM260,000 to RM290,000 (back then in 2010) but now the starting price is from RM550,000 onwards. This apartment is suitable for those with a small or young family or as an investment as rental yields can go up to RM1,300 per unit now. Most of the residents like it here due to its privacy factor since it is a very low density residence. Besides that, Indahria is strategically located within the city centre and mere minutes away to plenty of amenities. The only complaint here is the traffic whereby its only access roads are the heavy Kelawei Road and Burmah Road – two of the most congested roads in Georgetown. But anyhow, it won’t take you more than 20 minutes to get to almost any destination in the island.
