The location of Suria Mutiara is good as it is centrally located; ideal for own stay for those working at either Georgetown or Gelugor. As with most Penang properties with good location, it has appreciated significantly from 2011 to 2013, and asking prices has since then reached RM350,000. Rental prices have stagnated at RM600, thus making it not ideal for buy-to-rent.
