    Analysis

    Casa Impian is located in a highly populated area where density is rather high. As such, the roads leading in and out of the neighbourhood can get quite congested during peak hours; although they are usually clear in the afternoons. Traffic does however culminate during after work hours, where the worst affected road is Jalan Perak, which is highly unfortunate as it is the main road that connects to the condominium.Although Casa Impian was targeted towards the middle income group, population within the residential area itself is high. As such. buyers can expect people from all walks of life in the surrounding area. Life will also never be quiet and peaceful, as noises from the roads are a constant background buzz.Casa Impian may appear to be a good investment, considering that it is a freehold property and is excellently connected to the city. The traffic does however pose a problem, along with the fact that there are many new developments coming up on the island which undermines Casa Impian as an investment. New home buyers who work in the city will however find these homes relatively affordable and a suitable place to call home.
