A good developer gives people a peace of mind to purchase the property. The Kingfisher Series condominium has been over 10 years and it is reasonable to expect considerable level of depreciation. If the property is of good quality, one can expect lower cost and lesser effort to maintain the building.Although Kingfisher Series is actually at the deep-end of Green Lane, it only requires mostly 5 minutes during rush hour to drive to the main road. Actually the Green Lane road is not really that jam until you get towards Jalan Tembaga and Jalan Besi, heading towards the Green Lane traffic lights. Kingfisher Series has good access road to Bayan Baru Industrial Zones, George Town and Mainland, plus the nearby amenities like supermarket, patrol stations, schools and hospitals. This condominium can be a good choice for those who work in the city.Being right in the city center, Kingfisher Series is a nice surprise to be surrounded by hill and greenery. Unless this is the size being searched for, otherwise no other choices are available. It is relatively more suitable for single or a couple.
