  • Analysis

Traffic in Penang is haywire nowadays, a situation that was not evident before the property and economic boom that happened when the new political party took over. Due to the state's prosperity now, more and more people are making their way there to set up business and buy a home. Fortunately residents of Eastern Court should not be affected as badly as they are set beside Jalan Perak which is not as badly affected. What was once sleepy farm land in Penang is today a thriving hub of business and land marks. This is the land that Eastern Court happens to sit on now is a trunk road that connects Georgetown to its Southern counterpart. The neighbourhood is not so much exclusive as it is businesslike where everything from hospitals and schools to fast food chains and hypermarkets are available. Eastern Court appears to be well priced despite its less than spacious size, showing that this condominium could be a good long term investment. Businessmen would find living here convenient, however their families might not be so appreciative as the noise, traffic and air pollution would get to them sooner rather than later.
