U-Garden is indeed a very old condominium and looks pretty run down. It desperately needs a splash of new paint. However, according to some rumors, the sinking fund was lost by the previous management. Due to the matter, the new management is not capable to do major refurbishment and renovation works. The residents committee had lodged a police report upon the matter - but nothing has progressed so far. In addition, most residents of U-Garden are upset with the management of the condominium. For many, the place is dead with most of the amenities are in bad shape and cannot be use. Parking at U-Garden is also an issue here as most residents with more than a car park their cars by the roadsides along the road leading to the condominium.Apart from the negative points, U-Garden is a calm residence to call home. It is located right besides a greenery hill that injects fresh air into the homes and is an eye-soothing view. The condominium is mostly owned and resided by middle working-class group with family. Some people claim that most of the residents just mind their own business and do not socialize much.
