The location of the development is excellent, as Gelugor is located between two major townships in Penang, which are Bayan Lepas and Georgetown. The density of the development is low, and the prices at launch was very fair. The downsides are the relatively dismal amount of facilities and the RM0.25 psf maintenance fee which is relatively high as there is only 2 lifts as well. Traffic along Jalan Tunku Kudin which is the road which leads to Lanai Seri has standstill traffic frequently during peak hours.
