Bukit Gelugor is one of the older freehold housing developments in Penang, located in the district of Gelugor. Criminals and political prisoners were purportedly beheaded at the peak of Bukit Gelugor during the Japan occupation; a definite opportunity for eerie night time ghost story opportunities for visitors.
