    View Court has next to no facilities, yet charged RM0.20 psf for maintenance; this could be attributed to the low density and a certain amount is needed to keep basic facilities running. Many potential buyers lament the location of the apartment which is less than strategic. It has good access to basic amenities, but it is far away from the popular office locations. Others also stayed away from this development due to the developer's past projects being less than satisfactory, with specific reference to Sri Kristal.
