BL Avenue is a low density condominium, with only 168 units, residents can fully enjoy the peace and quiet without the fear of other residents interfering with their privacy. However, the condominium does not seem like a low density development as all units are housed within a single bulky block. Certain units are also facing the famous Penang Bridge. However, some people may not like BL Avenue that much as it is located beside a huge Chinese Hokkien Cemetery.There were some issues with the parking lot issues in Farlim and Air Itam. The rising in population in these areas has caused insufficient parking spaces around the commercial areas in Farlim and also Air Itam. Some residents even urged other potential buyer not to purchase properties in Farlim until these parking issues are settled. Some people commented that driving along Jalan Air Itam is a nightmare as the traffic congestion is horrid along that road and it gets even worse during the school holidays as many parents would bring their children out.
