This condo is certainly a worthy consideration for people who is not looking for a lot of condo facilities but want to stay on hill top.While there are not a lot of amenities surrounding Lakeside Towers, the Queensbay shopping mall, and its surrounding shop-offices are just 7 minutes drive away. It is considered a mid-range high-rise property in Penang. Because there are quite a few other high-rise properties in the area, competition can be stiff and traffic in and out of the area are heavy in the morning and noon when school starts or ends for Fairview International School, which just moved into opposite complex in January 2011. A traffic light system has installed at the junction of the road access to the condo which expect to go live in coming months to smooth the traffic congestion.Due to Fairview International School, the price of Lakeside Towers has appreciate a little over last few years. As there are no more nearby high-rise development, the condo enjoy a scenic and quiet environment.
