As of June 2014, the price, the layout and the facilities of Nadayu 290 has not been revealed yet to the public. However, being in Gelugor, one of the developing areas in Penang, Nadayu 290 has been in the list of wanted property by several people. Nadayu 290 is in between Georgetown and also Bayan Lepas so those who are working in those areas will benefit from living in Bukit Gambir. Since Nadayu 290 is near some of great attractions of Penang and also to two well-known educational hubs (INTI International College and University Sains Malaysia), owning a property there will be a great way to invest for rental income by either renting it to students or by providing a homestay service. Downside of the location of Nadayu 290 is that the traffic along Jalan Bukit Gambir can sometimes be very congested. Also, because it is a major road, many vehicles would usually travel very fast on the road, especially the ones descending from the crest of Bukit Gambier hill.
